We will receive Salmon on Wednesday 12th. It will undergo preparation and freezing treatments, in-house, to make it ready for consumption (Sashimi-Grade). This will then be available for sale on Friday 14th. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. Unfortunately, due to the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, most of our UK Suppliers were closed and unable to deliver to our time frame for a few different ingredients/products.
